Job Description
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Managing Director.
- Take minutes during meetings and submit accurate records.
- Prepare and submit forecasts and reports.
- Manage inventory stock and related activities.
- Assist with general day‑to‑day operations of the office.
Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Minimum Matric qualification; tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- 0–2 years of administrative experience (or at least 5 years of managing an office environment as an alternative).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
