Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the Managing Director.
  • Take minutes during meetings and submit accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit forecasts and reports.
  • Manage inventory stock and related activities.
  • Assist with general day‑to‑day operations of the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Minimum Matric qualification; tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • 0–2 years of administrative experience (or at least 5 years of managing an office environment as an alternative).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
