The Role

The Administrative Assistant manages incoming telephone communications, welcomes clients, and provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Duties include opening and organizing client files, coordinating electronic correspondence, preparing bank deposits, and maintaining accurate filing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Open and organize new client files for assignment to file preparers
