Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to the General Manager ( Sales ) and Sales Manager such as scheduling of meetings, taking minute of meeting and other admin support.
  • Assist the Sales Representatives to prepare sales contracts/agreements for the clinics.
  • Prepare daily and monthly Sales reports for the Management.
  • Follow-up with individual Sales Representative on their sales target achievement and prepare Sales Target list to immediate superior.
  • Calculate sales commission, incentives and entertainment expenditure for approval.
  • Update sales prospect list and user list with new prospect or user given by Sales Representative.
  • Update the sales commission plan on a bi-annual basis for all the Sales Representative.
  • Update competitor price listing after survey by Sales Representative.
  • Prepare sample request form to Supply Chain to draw samples and update and file sample form after collection.
