Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the General Manager ( Sales ) and Sales Manager such as scheduling of meetings, taking minute of meeting and other admin support.
- Assist the Sales Representatives to prepare sales contracts/agreements for the clinics.
- Prepare daily and monthly Sales reports for the Management.
- Follow-up with individual Sales Representative on their sales target achievement and prepare Sales Target list to immediate superior.
- Calculate sales commission, incentives and entertainment expenditure for approval.
- Update sales prospect list and user list with new prospect or user given by Sales Representative.
- Update the sales commission plan on a bi-annual basis for all the Sales Representative.
- Update competitor price listing after survey by Sales Representative.
- Prepare sample request form to Supply Chain to draw samples and update and file sample form after collection.
