Administration Officer - Rail Industry

About the Role

We are seeking two dedicated and motivated full-time Administration Officers to join our Intermodal Rail team at the Penfield Depot. These roles work on a rotating seven-day roster, covering day, afternoon and weekend shifts.

Job Description

Reporting to the State Rail Manager, this role supports rail administration, operational planning, reporting and compliance activities.

• Provide administrative support to the Rail team and broader SCT business, including tasks related to planning, processing and compliance
• Respond professionally to internal and external enquiries

• Use internal systems to manage container bookings and maintain accurate operational records
• Prepare daily reports on assets, freight movements and operational activity, and process rail terminal invoices
