Heartland Motors is looking for a process-driven, organised Fleet Coordinator to join our growing Fleet Team. This will support the growth of some of the top car brands in Australia!

This is a fleet operations role that sits at the centre of our fleet business - ensuring every quote, every opportunity, and every vehicle order is handled accurately, quickly and professionally.

This role will be ensuring all quote requests are responded to, following pre-set processes and guidelines, and working closely with the Fleet team to assist in fulfilling orders. It will be based out of our Blacktown Head Office.
