Administrative Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate and follow up on departmental tasks, projects, and deliverables.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage business correspondence.
- Support sales activities, including daily pricing updates and customer communications.
- Assist management with administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, coordination, customer service, or sales support.
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
