Responsible for handling case submissions, activations, and follow-ups in the system, ensuring all cases are tracked closely until successful closure or billing. This includes updating customer contracts, database records, KPI records, CRM system, and other internal communication platforms with the latest and accurate information.
Manage customer contracts and provide timely reminders or alerts to management on important contract dates, renewals, pending actions, deadlines, payments, and case status updates. Follow up on submission issues, activation problems, and other related matters by coordinating with the relevant parties and providing suitable solutions when required.
Assist the Sales Team in following up with customers to resolve issues, collect and/or provide necessary documents, coordinate pending matters, and support the completion of customer cases.
