Admin Clerk (Operation & Accounting Support)

We are hiring an energetic, responsible, and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to support our daily operations and basic accounting work .

Handle paperwork for inventory receiving
Process stock returns from customers and returns to suppliers
Prepare Credit Notes (CN)
Assist in operation and accounting documentation
Perform logistic tracking and delivery follow-ups
Data entry, filing, and admin record management
Support daily admin and operation tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma
Basic understanding of admin or accounting processes
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and computer systems
Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
