Job Description
This is a Part Time Data Entry role that will support Client's Learning and Development team
This is what you’ll do:
· Provide general administrative and clerical support
· Maintain electronic filing system
· Perform data entry and scan documents
· Assist in resolving any administrative problems
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms
• Familiarity with expense reporting systems (, Concur, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Document and file management (electronic and/or paper-based)
