Adaptive Class Cover Supervisor for Structured Learning

Devon County Council is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team in Highweek. This role involves supervising whole classes during teacher absence and delivering pre-planned lessons. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive learning environment while managing classroom behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in a classroom setting, and possess strong communication and behavior management skills. This is a fixed-term position until August 31st, 2027.
