Ad Operations Specialist (Google Ads)

Glitch is an AI-native ads platform based in Dublin, Ireland. The platform runs Google Ads Search across a growing book of client accounts, with a specialist ad operations team working alongside it. The book keeps growing, so we are adding an Ad Operations Specialist to build and optimise accounts to a consistent standard.

This is a full time contract role. You will own the day-to-day build and optimisation work on live Google Ads Search accounts. Our service is Search only, brand and non-brand prospecting, so you can go deep on one discipline instead of spreading thin across channels. The platform creates the campaign builds and a house optimisation playbook defines the process, so your job is to execute it precisely and improve accounts on the numbers. You report to the Head of Ad Operations & Optimisation.
