Qualifications
- Complete restaurant activation processes
- Escalate and follow up on potential technical issues during the opening phase with relevant teams
- Conduct onboarding sessions and provide tool training for new restaurants
- Inform and coordinate with cross-functional and vertical teams regarding other blockers that may impact the opening process
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with restaurant partners, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations effectively
- Strong training and onboarding skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes, tools, and activation steps to new restaurants
- Basic understanding of operational KPIs (e.g., AHT, SLA) and performance targets
- Ability to identify, escalate, and follow up on technical and operational issues during activation and opening phases
- Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured operational processes
