Salary Range: $61,860 – $80,148

Summary of Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the V.P, of the Division for Youth &Community Services (DYCS), the Action Front Center (AFC) Program Director oversees and manages the daily operations of AFC, supervises program management staff, and ensures achievement of program goals and best practices in service delivery.
The AFC Program Director develops strategies and programming to address HIV prevention, testing and supportive services needs and barriers, impacting individuals and the community. The position advocates for system change, eliminating health disparities, partnerships and development of consumer voice and leadership.
