Acquisition Integration Manager

Tidal is buying up established window-cleaning businesses across the UK and consolidating them into a single national operator. We have the deal pipeline and the model. We need someone to own the part that turns each acquisition into a working, profitable part of the business.

The role

You take over each acquired business the moment the deal is done and own everything that follows: due diligence, completion, migrating customers and cleaners onto our systems, training, and running it until it is stable and ready to hand over to our operations team. This is hands-on and in the field.

What you'll do

• Plan and run the integration of each acquired business from end to end
• Migrate customers, payments and bookings onto Tidal's systems
• Convert and onboard cleaners as self-employed contractors
• Hold customer retention through every changeover
