We are seeking an Account Receivables Executive for a leading Book Publishing House. Job Profile: Preparation of monthly collection report due from customers Follow-ups with the respective customers for their respective dues Follow-ups with Branch Managers and Sales Person including Sales Head for payment collection Evaluation of new proposed customers, and their credit limits along with credit period Customer account creation or opening in accounting software (BDS) Preparation and Finalization of Customer Agreement for new customers Handle all the Legal Cases, if any with respect to customers dues Updating details of Bank receipts in accounting software (BDS) Generation or creation of Payment advices Day-to-day accounting entries related to Accounts Receivable in accounting software (BDS) Updation of Discount in customer’s account and maintain the master sheet Customer accounts Freeze & Un-freeze based on their over-dues All Other Relevant and Miscellaneous works related to Accounts R...
