Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description
· Prepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

· Process high-volume transactions and maintain customer account records.

· Apply cash receipts and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts.

· Prepare bank deposits and assist with daily cash management activities.

· Process chargebacks, deductions, credit memos, and account adjustments.

· Reconcile accounts receivable balances and assist with reconciling A/R to the General Ledger.

· Prepare journal entries related to accounts receivable and cash transactions.

· Review and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts.

· Support the collections process through customer follow-up, collections calls, and account resolution activities.
