Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining communication with internal customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment confirmations, and discrepancies.
- Help reconcile customer accounts, identify discrepancies, and support resolution of issues.
- Assist in documenting and tracking customer disputes, gathering backup documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Ensure all activities follow company policies, internal controls, and accounting guidelines.
