This position is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and prior experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
+ Prepare and distribute invoices to clients or customers
+ Monitor accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
