- Prepare and process a high volume of invoices in QuickBooks with speed and accuracy
- Extract and interpret information from handwritten work orders
- Separate labor/services from parts to create detailed invoices
- Manage accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
