Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Summary
Responsible for the daily processing and monitoring of clients' post-dated checks (PDCs), collections, and deposit transactions. Ensures accurate recording of payments, reconciliation of deposits, monitoring of check status, coordination with branches and banks, and proper maintenance of accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily deposits of clients' PDCs.
• Validate and reconcile collections against bank statements and internal records.
• Monitor and report returned checks and collection issues.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable and collection monitoring records.
• Track check inventory, status, movement, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with branches, banks, and internal departments regarding collection and deposit transactions.
