Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

Position Summary The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for monitoring incoming payments from referral sources and payors, ensuring adherence to agreed payment plans, and maintaining timely collections.

This role actively manages relationships with payment sources, resolves billing discrepancies, and supports financial accuracy and cash flow through consistent follow-up, reconciliation, and communication.
