Job Description
Take on an essential role at Equity as the Accounts Receivable Administrator, overseeing transactions and collection processes. This position focuses on maintaining accurate records in a supportive hybrid work environment.
As a member of the COPE bargaining unit, you’ll engage with members and non-members alike, managing invoicing, payments, and inquiries. Your role includes preparing financial documents, running reports, and reconciling accounts to ensure timely collections and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute invoices and statements for payments
• Reconcile and manage engager accounts
• Process and escalate discrepancies for resolution
• Support members with their RRSP contribution inquiries
• Provide records for annual audits and support staff with issues
Requirements:
• At least three years bookkeeping experience
• Relevant education in finance or business
• High attention to detail and accuracy
