Responsibilities
Our large corporate client is seeking a professional, experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee all aspects of accounts payable, lead process improvement initiatives, and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintains vendor database
- Assist in the creation, review, and approval of electronic payment vouchers
- Participate in the cheque run process as required
- Create and execute online payments including corporation taxes, HST, credit cards
- Create and process local and international wire transfers and wire payments
- Settlement of intercompany balances
