Job Description
Accounts Payable is responsible for supervision and management and of the accounts payable function, ensuring all compliance requirements for SOX, providing guidance to team, development of core team members, leadership, and system implementation and enhancement expertise.
Provide leadership and direction to the firm’s accounting operations, internal controls and purchasing / procurement
Provide oversight and direction of the firm’s full cycle accounts payable process to ensure all invoices for the firm are processed and paid timely and accurately, ensuring compliance to department policies and procedures
Responsible for data integrity and management of all accounts payable processes, including invoice and check runs, account reconciliations, financial analysis, vendor analysis and reporting
