Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a distribution company in Schertz, Texas. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in accurate, timely financial processing. The person in this role will support full-cycle accounts payable activities, work closely with internal teams and vendors, and help keep payment records and reconciliations organized and up to date.
Responsibilities:
• Process vendor and intercompany invoices accurately and ensure payment details are entered correctly into the accounts payable system.
• Prepare and complete weekly payment runs, including checks and other approved disbursement methods, to maintain timely vendor payments.
