We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a team in Fort Worth, in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys accurate financial processing, staying organized in a fast-moving environment, and supporting day-to-day payables operations. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience with invoice handling, payment processing, Excel reportings, and coding transactions while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper approval before entering them into the accounting system.
• Assign correct general ledger codes and ensure expenses are recorded to the appropriate accounts.
• Process invoice batches in a timely manner to support consistent payment schedules and strong vendor relationships.
