Job Description
Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a finance team in Boston, Massachusetts in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a high volume of invoice activity, and communicates effectively with colleagues across the business. The position is primarily onsite with a work-from-home day on Fridays and offers the opportunity to contribute to both domestic and international payment operations.

• Process a steady stream of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness, including high-volume and multicurrency transactions.
• Enter and code invoices in the accounting system while ensuring supporting documentation and approvals are complete.
