About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient and accurate financial operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing a high volume of approved invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Performing three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Managing payment runs to ensure suppliers are paid on time
- Delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
