Responsibilities

• Control Expenses operation and monthly closings.
• Ensure all Expenses policies and procedures are adhered.
• Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with expenses reimbursement and credit cards management.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
• Helps to define processes, methodologies, and work standards but also always is looking to improve existing processes.
• Possesses autonomy to perform day to day tasks without constant supervision.
• Brings new and fresh ideas to the team/relevant stakeholders.
