About The Role
We’re actively searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk based at our lively office on a 12 month contract, reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. This role supports accurate invoice processing, vendor coordination, and compliant accounts payable operations. This position supports IAMGOLD’s purpose by ensuring responsible financial stewardship, strong vendor relationships, and operational integrity. Through accurate and timely accounts payable support, the role contributes to efficient operations and the sustainability of mining activities.
- Receive, review, audit, and process vendor invoices, progress payments, adjustments, and expense reports in accordance with purchase order terms and approval matrices.
- Reconcile supplier statements, invoices, and payments, resolving discrepancies and ensuring invoices are paid within agreed terms.
