Description We are looking for a dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join a finance team in a contract position with the potential to become permanent. This position supports daily payables activity by ensuring invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments are handled accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal partners and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review and enter vendor invoices and employee expense submissions with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify that each payment request includes appropriate authorization, correct general ledger coding, and complete supporting records before processing.
