JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primarily responsible for managing the overall Real Estate and Big-Ticket Loan Financing performance of the region to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management as well as recruitment and development of sales personnel of the region assigned. Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short term and long-term sales and earnings.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. Operational Efficiency
a. Collaborates with Regional Manager and Operations Head in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the region
b. Establishes and manages effective programs to coach and train sales personnel.
c. Reviews progress of sales/booking throughout the Region assigned.
d. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
