Job Description

Oleares is a real estate development company committed to delivering high-quality residential projects across Spain. As we scale our pipeline — Build-to-Sell and Rentals, across Barcelona and Valencia — we are looking for a National Sales Director to lead all sales activities at national level.

The Mission

  • Full national sales operation across all projects
  • Sales strategy design and execution per project
  • End-to-end pipeline management — pricing, pace, and targets
  • Broker networks, agency relationships, and internal sales team
  • Off‑plan sales and presales target achievement
  • Close coordination with marketing, management, and finance
  • Direct reporting to senior management and board
