Accounts Executive

Timely and accurate processing of AR, AP and GL. Timely and accurate month end closing and preparation of various statutory and month end reporting.

• Handles full scope of AR and AP functions
• Review staff claims and ensure compliance with company policies
• Manage payment runs to vendors and staff
• Perform month end closing including passing GL entries, preparing schedules and performing various reconciliations (AR, AP, intercompany, inventory, bank and sales)
• Assist in preparation of various statutory and management month end reporting including GST return
• Manage vendor creations including reviewing onboarding documents
• Assist in year-end audit
• Participate in quarterly and annual stock take
• Support retail team on finance related operational issues
