What You Need to Have?
Candidate must possess at least Certificate or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer literate, with familiarity in SQL systems. Knowledge of full set accounting will be an added advantage.
What You Need to Do?
Day to day accounting operation activities and functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable .
Prepare, sort, post / emailing and ensure accuracy in daily invoicing tasks .
Prepare and send monthly customer account statements.
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments via calls and emails.
Purchase office supplies, refreshments, stationery and equipment.
Handle company vehicle road tax, insurance renewals and claims.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
