Our client in the resourcing industry is seeking a capable and detail-focused Accounts & Payroll Officer to join their team in a permanent full-time role based in West Perth.
This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone with previous experience in finance or accounting support who is looking for a balanced role across accounts, basic payroll, and administration.
Key Duties
End-to-end accounts payable
Invoice receipt, approval, processing, and payment
Payment of invoices in Australia and overseas
Support with a small monthly payroll
Assist with bank reconciliations
Assist with BAS-related tasks
General office administration and ad hoc support duties
