Job Description

Key Responsibilities Accounts Functions Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks. Prepare and process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions. Generate invoices, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Verify supplier invoices and prepare payments. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end account closing activities. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records. Support GST reporting and other statutory submissions. Assist in audit preparation and provide supporting documents when required. Prepare management reports and financial schedules as assigned. Administrative Functions Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
