Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Verify and cross-check invoices with Purchasers
- Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Maintain proper and systematic filing of records
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries professionally
- Prepare and issue sales invoices
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A-Level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, or related fields
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience required
- Preferably with experience in clerical or administrative support roles
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
