Reports to: Manager Operations, Provincial Case Management Office (PCMO).
Key accountabilities
- Review and payment of Big Case Management (BCM), Protocol (MAG & DOJ) accounts
- Correspond with Case Managers where discrepancies on budgeted accounts are discovered
- Process discretion and disbursement requests on PCU and non-budgeted matters within established guidelines
- Prepare discretion and disbursement requests beyond predetermined threshold or complexity and refer to case managers
- Respond to internal and external correspondence relating to accounts and billing issues
