Overview
To continue our success in Spain and help expand our business here we are looking for an Account & Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and the entire process from order receipt to project completion.
Act as the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer.
Serve as the expert for placements and installations of our mobile camera systems (UFO).
Ensure arrangements are made as discussed with the sales manager, understand the customer’s needs, and proactively advise on suitable products.
Check project sites and maintain close contact with customers to understand service needs.
Check availability and manage the logistical process.
