Accounting Technician

Main Functions

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Technician will support day‑to‑day accounting activities, with direct involvement in month‑end processes and ensuring accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle
• Review, code, and validate invoices, ensuring proper approval workflows
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
• Support month‑end close activities (journal entries, adjustments, follow‑ups)
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support the team
• Support internal control processes

Requirements

• Experience with full‑cycle accounts payable
• Experience with bank reconciliations and GL account reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
