Job Description
Transaction Processing: Record daily transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), in the general ledger.
Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations for bank statements, balance sheets, and credit accounts.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, such as income statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets.
Compliance & Audits: Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits to ensure adherence to financial standards.
Tax Preparation: Assist with calculating, preparing, and filing municipal, state, and federal tax returns.
Budgeting Support: Provide data to help management teams create operating budgets and financial forecasts
