Accounting Specialist Main Purpose
Ensure the consistent, IFRS‑conform preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports focused on Chile. Be and act as the senior expert, leading functional areas within the team and providing guidance to other colleagues, and serve as a reference and first point of contact for innovation and automation topics in the area.
Your mission will be to:- Act as first point of contact of SCR; supervise and review activities performed; take up and clarify all operational accounting content topics in a timely manner.
- Manage and escalated issues & complaints and track solutions.
- Give support to internal and external audit processes.
- Assure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS and Local GAAP).
- Review Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
- Contribute to integral and local projects, legal entity mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
