Key Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle Accounts Payable , including invoice coding, vendor payments, and discrepancy resolution
- Manage Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, cash applications, and collections follow-up
- Prepare and process payroll while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies
