Accounting Specialist

Job Description

• Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions (sales, expenses, and payments)
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, and official receipts
• Maintain and update accounting records and filing systems
• Assist in petty cash monitoring and replenishment
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly closings
• Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documents
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
