Responsibilities
+ Manage month-end close and financial reporting
+ Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and cash management
+ Support job costing, project accounting, and WIP reporting
+ Monitor AP, AR, billing, collections, and payroll processes
+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
+ Coordinate audit, tax, and compliance activities
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls
