Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to lead the accounting function in Mexico, with international exposure and direct impact on financial decision‑making in a fast‑growing organization.
You will ensure operational excellence and financial integrity:
- Lead full‑cycle accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, revenue, tax, assets )
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Analyze and present financial statements and key reports
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with global teams (U.S. and international)
- Optimize systems and tools (SAP, Avalara )
