Responsibilities
- Supervise of Disbursement
- Receivable and collection process
- Supervise the recording, organizing, and filing of documents
- Prepare the Financial Statements and other reports required by the management
- Perform Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare the Payroll deduction for 2 cut -offs
- Prepare the Client's Fund schedule (FSP)Process Pag-IBIG payment in E-gov
- Makes sure that all tax compliance to all government agencies are submitted
- Address the Company's Compliance issues and concerns
- Prepare the Annual Closing of Books of Accounts
- Attend to Annual statutory audit requirements
- Manage Cash flow and safeguard company's process
- Enhance existing policies and procedures
- Handle client bookkeeping, client's tax compliance and audit
- Provide support services to operation and manage personnel
