Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
+ Provide strategic direction, team development, and process leadership for a large complex growing business while assisting the Assistant Corporate Controller in designing an effective and efficient Finance organization
+ Lead change management process for accounting team and be a key developer of talent for the organization
+ Manage the monthly close process, including preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of GL accounts, etc.
+ Lead business initiatives and strategies, including system rollouts, integration of new acquisitions, process improvements and the external audit process
+ Manage the governance over key systems in VIP, including fixed assets, treasury, leases, and other general ledger systems
+ Develop financial reporting tools in Power Bi or other data reporting tools
+ Travel up to 10% required
