**Accounting Manager Finance Japan**
**Description**
99. Oversees all daily General Ledger accounting activities
99. Administers monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
99. Produces annual/monthly financial statements and notes, e.g. HFM report, department expense report and etc.
99. Approve indirect purchasing request via Ariba system.
99. Balance Sheet monitoring & analysis, in charge of accounts reconciliation review, any outstanding item should be cleared on time.
99. Assists in development & monitoring Cash Flow forecast
99. Work closely with FSSC on AP/AR/GRIR pending issue clearance and make sure payment processed on time.
99. Review tax calculation to ensure compliance with local tax law
99. Timely submit government report per local requirement.
99. Interfaces with senior management & audit personnel & tax consultant & government officer
